Round 9: Sept 28th- Oct 1st
Before we look at Septembers results as a whole we’ll take a quick look at this weekends action. A full round of fixtures and a decent amount of goals, unfortunately no bonus points as no team scored 5 or more.
Week Team Standings
Mansfield, Newport County and Harrogate share the top spot this weekend after all scored 4 goals and just missing out on some valuable bonus points. The top 10 this round scored 63 with a maximum on offer of 70.
Standings for Round: 9
Mark Treadwell tops the standings this weekend with a decent 44 points. Just 2 points separate the next 6 with Anthony Doyle, Gary Hardy and Stephen Phillips sharing 2nd place.
Andy Peasnall bottom this weekend with 16, 4 points separate the next 5 players in a very close weekend.
There were 262 LOLF qualifying games played this in September. These gave us 677 goals averaging 2.5840 GPG. We had 93 Home Wins, 93 Away Wins and 76 Drawn Matches. We had 4 teams score 5 or more to earn bonus points from their match, and finally 3 teams failed to register a single League of Leagues point
Team Scores for September
As a surprise to no-one the Premier Leagues Man City top the charts in September (they start the season well every year). National Leagues Solihull Moors in 2nd and Exeter City in third. The National League dominate the top 10 this month with 4 teams, League 1 have 3, league 2 have 2 and the Premier League have 1, there are no representatives from the championship.
The top 10 scored a combined total of 244 and if you had Man City as your trump for the whole month this makes 273 – 44 points better than any players.
Standings for September
Well done Gary Gardy for topping the table for September by an impressive 22 points. James Marchant and Mark Treadwell fought a very close battle until the end to finish 2nd and 3rd, congrats.

Andy Peasnall finished bottom of the pile for September, 12 adrift of David Farrington. Better luck next month.
Entry is already open and if you had auto entry then your teams should have been rolled over. You have until your first teams match to make changes to the teams – please use the entry form and not the subs tab for this. We’ve already had one game so far this month but there are 198 to go, with 58 games this weekend. The weekend starts with Brighton vs West Ham on Friday 8pm and ends with a top of the table clash as Liverpool host Man City on Sunday at 16:30.
